Bachelorette Party { Isle of Palms }

Haley had the opportunity to spend some time on Isle of Palms just north of Charleston for a super fun bachelorette party and we’re excited to share her experiences with you today.  Bachelorette parties are so much fun to photograph because it’s a group of close friends ready for fun and adventure, which makes for the best portraits!  This particular bride-to-be and her group of best gal pals were a thrill to be around and it really shows in their lighthearted portraits.  Filled with laughter (and a touch of wine), the time spent with them was a blast.

Haley chose eclectic surroundings for their portraits, including the room where the ladies got ready, a lovely spiral staircase, and outdoor locations near and on the beach.  Each added something unique to the portraits.  We adore the photos of the party’s time spent relaxing indoors.  There is so much happiness and excitement on each face.  The spiral staircase offered a great spot for individual photos with the bride.  Each friend added her on personal touch to those portraits, which perfectly reflect their personalities and friendships with the bride-to-be.  From classic smiles to sharing a glass of bubbly, these were definitely some of our favorites.  Out on the beach, the party let loose and were all smiles as they trekked Charleston’s sands.

Along with personalizing the atmosphere for their portraits, the wardrobe is another key aspect to the ideal bachelorette party.  While at the beach house, the ladies were comfortable in a myriad of different ensembles.  On the beach, however, was a different story.  Each rocked a beautiful black dress or stylish black pantsuit except for the bride-to-be, who wowed in her own white jumpsuit.  With heels all around, the women were absolutely gorgeous and ready to celebrate in historic Charleston.
